Want to live like a rock star? Here’s your chance. Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante has put his supercool, midcentury modern pad on the rental market.
But prepare to dig deep: The Los Angeles lair is going for $19,750 a month.
Built in 1960, the residence is a really swinging affair. Available completely furnished, the renovated home offers period details, floor-to-ceiling glass, clean lines, and open spaces.
Set high in the Hollywood Hills, the four bedroom, 3,700-square-foot space offers sublime views of the surrounding area.

The modernized space has a luxurious feel, with an updated kitchen that includes top-of-the-line finishes and appliances.
Other highlights are a primary suite with access to the pool and patio, along with a spa-worthy, terrazzo-clad bath.
An office, a family room, and a fully-equipped gym (so you’ll never have an excuse to skip a workout) are among the home’s work and leisure spaces.
Outside, the resort-inspired pool is surrounded by a chic patio and is equipped with a 15-foot projector screen, perfect for backyard movie nights.
But Frusciante also owns the home next door, so you might have to keep the noise down.
The guitarist isn’t the only Chili Pepper making moves on the real estate market. Bassist Flea has been trying to shed a compound out in La Crescenta, CA, that’s still available for $6.9 million. And drummer Chad Smith put his Malibu mansion up for rent last year for $95,000 a month.
Frusciante, 54, joined the band in 1988 at the age of 18, after the death of the band’s first guitarist, Hillel Slovak. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Chili Peppers in 2012.
On his own, Frusciante has released 11 solo albums.
