Actor Max Greenfield, who played Schmidt on the hit series “New Girl,” recently parted ways with his pretty property in Pacific Palisades, CA.
The 3,588-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1949 and boasts close proximity to the ocean.
The actor and his wife, Tess Sanchez, scooped up the home in 2019 for $1,675,000. They remodeled the quirky, two-story structure into a picture-perfect beachside residence with a number of modern features.
After it was listed for $2,975,000 in early March, the home sold in less than a month for $3,085,000.
