Located in the posh West L.A. neighborhood of Mar Vista, this lovely gem was put together by local architectural and landscaping firm OTT Arch. Indoor-outdoor living is prioritized here, with large sliding-glass doors that give way to the verdant backyard, pool, and patio.
The home’s boxy design takes advantage of multilevel living, with several decks that can be accessed from various bedrooms. The main living space features an open plan that flows nicely from the living room to the dining area and sleek kitchen, which features a 14-foot island, quartz countertops, and luxe appliances.
The home’s many design details include a stunning, glass-sided staircase; wide-plank hardwood floors; and large windows that flood the place with sunshine. There are 360-degree views from the rooftop deck (even a sliver of ocean can be seen), with plenty of comfy seating and a fire pit.
The property also has a 40-foot pool, spa, and built-in barbecue station. There’s also a separate dwelling with two more bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and laundry room for guests.
Kesha burst onto the scene in 2009 as an unnamed backup singer on the hit song “Right Round” by Flo Rida. She went on to become a teen sensation (and used the stage name Ke$ha), releasing such hits as “TiK ToK,” “Blah Blah Blah,” and “Your Love Is My Drug.”
Kesha has been embroiled in a yearslong legal battle with her original label, Kemosabe Records, and producer Dr. Luke, who she accused of sexual abuse (Dr. Luke denied the claims).
But per reports, she’s now out from under this association and is free to pursue her own musical endeavors.
