Calling all Halloween and Disney fanatics: Here’s a chance to live in your very own haunted house!

A spine-tingling, six-bedroom estate designed to replicate Disneyland’s iconic Haunted Mansion just hit the market in Duluth, GA, for $2.2 million.

You’ll have to wait for the popular West Coast attraction to reopen after months of renovations to catch a glimpse of its famous waltzing apparitions. But this near-replica in Georgia should scratch the itch in the meantime. It might not be crawling with ghosts, but the design inspiration is evident.

Spooky space

Built in 1996, the exterior of the Southern-style space is quickly recognizable with its four stately columns, wraparound terraces, and wrought-iron railings. There’s even a “Haunted Mansion” sign on one of the brick pillars at the entrance.

Nestled in the Sweet Bottom neighborhood along the banks of the Chattahoochee River, the four-story home last sold in 2014 for $610,000.

According to Fox 5 Atlanta, when the property’s original owner, Mark Hurt, constructed the 9,467-square-foot abode, he took great care to ensure “the home’s dimensions and architecture closely matched those of the Haunted Mansion.” He even used the same foundry as Walt Disney for the home’s wrought-iron details.

Not to worry: The home’s interior is scary nice. Its entirely modernized spaces include a two-story living room with a dramatic chandelier and cozy gas fireplace.

Upstairs, the enormous primary suite offers two oversized walk-in closets, a Carrara marble makeup counter, and separate dressing suite. There is even a “morning kitchen,” where you can prepare coffee to enjoy on the private upper porch.
