Comedian, actor, and TV host Nick Cannon has purchased a five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom contemporary farmhouse in Woodland Hills, CA. According to records, he paid $3,050,000.

Built in 1952, the home is a short distance from Malibu beaches, hiking trails, and museums. And, should any of Cannon’s 11 children move in there, it’s also close to several private schools.

The property was last sold for $2,360,000 in 2022. Then it was listed in July 2023 for $3.5 million. The price dropped in September to $3,149,000. It seems Cannon got quite a deal.

The contemporary estate has a home office, music room, large backyard, and more.

This darling 4,410-square-foot estate was recently redesigned, extended, and renovated. It’s nestled behind two motorized gates and a circular driveway, with parking space for four cars.

Through the custom iron front door is an open layout, which includes a front music room, a formal living room, a great room, and a designer kitchen. The living room features a fireplace, and the dining room has a vaulted ceiling and oversized window.

The upscale kitchen comes with a center island and massive bifold doors to the lush backyard.

There are five bedrooms, all spacious and filled with light. The primary suite boasts a walk-in closet, luxe bathroom, and backyard access.

The second floor has an airy loft with a half-bath and a well-appointed sitting room. This could make a great home office, guest suite, or playroom.

Outside, a resort-style spread on a third of an acre awaits, including an in-ground pool and spa, fire pit, kitchen, and massive grass lawn. Beautiful landscaping and foliage are the cherry on top.

Cannon, 43, rose to fame when he was cast in the hit ’90s sketch comedy series “All That.” He went on to host “The Nick Cannon Show,” “Wild ’n Out,” “America’s Got Talent,” and “The Masked Singer,” among many other shows.
