A double-height entry flows nicely to a formal living room and separate dining space. The lovely library is paneled in walnut, and the kitchen was custom-designed by Thurston Kitchen + Bath. It has a spacious island, butler’s pass-through, wine storage, and breakfast nook.
The primary suite has a private balcony, walk-in closet, and spa bathroom. The lower level is kitted out with a screening room with oak paneling, a workout space, another bedroom and bath, extra storage, a bonus room, and a den.
Outside, the patio is new, and there’s a grill station and dining area. The landscaping features lush lawns and stately evergreens. A three-car garage completes the package.
Griese starred in college at the University of Michigan and is the son of legendary Miami Dolphins quarterback Bob Griese. His pro career began with his selection by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 1998 NFL draft.
Griese went on to quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Chicago Bears, among others, starting in 83 games and tossing 119 touchdowns. Today, the former signal caller serves as the quarterback coach for the San Francisco 49ers.
