Actor Josh Brolin just put his enormous Atlanta home on the rental market for $35,000 a month.
The “Dune: Part 2” star and wife Kathryn purchased the five-bedroom, eight-bath mansion in 2020 for $3,250,000, reportedly as a departure from life on the West Coast.
The home was built in 2003.

The traditional, baronial interior design, courtesy of the decorators at Pierce & Ward, fits the 7,700-square-foot home’s bones well. Lofty ceilings, grand rooms, fireplaces, and built-ins all contribute to the elegant, Old World vibe at this private, gated estate between Buckhead and Sandy Springs.
The huge entryway leads to the main rooms, which include a cozy den-libary, a formal dining area, and massive living space.
The luxury kitchen nearby offers a large, L-shaped island and a breakfast book. There’s also a spot to set up a home office, plus a laundry room and a pantry just steps away.
The main bedroom suite has its own living room, two large closets, and a luxurious bathroom with a stand-alone tub and shower.
There’s more space to sprawl out and entertain on the lower level, where a living room, kitchenette, home movie theater, and gym await.
And if you’re sore after a workout, hop over to the sauna for some heat, or take an ice bath (yup, there’s one here!).
Outside, there’s a two-story, one-bedroom, one-bath guesthouse with a studio apartment.
Other amenities include a back porch with seating, a covered patio, fireplace, and a pretty pool.
Brolin got his Hollywood start in the 1985 film, “The Goonies.” He went on to appear in “No Country For Old Men” and the wildly popular “Avengers” franchise. Brolin can be seen in the new movie, “Dune: Part Two,” with Timotheé Chalamet, and he just hosted “Saturday Night Live.”
