Rap artist YoungBoy Never Broke Again just put his sprawling Salt Lake City mansion on the market for $5.5 million.
YoungBoy, whose given name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, is poised to unload an “architectural masterpiece,” to borrow language from the listing.
The rapper has lived in the place while under house arrest, according to Billboard. He picked up the ritzy residence in 2022. And while the sale price wasn’t disclosed, it was last listed for $5.9 million.
The 8,828-square-foot home has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an elevator.
The contemporary mansion was built in 1999.

Not even the upscale construction of this palatial spread can compare to the stunning natural beauty that surrounds it. Floor-to-ceiling windows serve up astonishing, unobstructed views throughout the home
A huge living space flows seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen. Sleek finishes such as stone and brushed metal accentuate the abode’s contemporary aesthetic. Meanwhile, a neutral color palette allows the interior design to shine.
The primary suite is a vision of opulence, complete with a fireplace, a private balcony, and an enormous bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass shower. Skylights usher abundant natural light into this serene space.
Outside, there’s a large pool and generous seating, making the space ideal for entertaining or just luxuriating.
The driveway is heated—a clutch move in such a wintry climate—and there’s a five-car garage.
YoungBoy emerged on the music scene in 2015 with his first mixtape and followed it up with two albums. His talent has been sought by other rappers, resulting in successful collaborations with Migos, Lil Yachty, and DaBaby.
YoungBoy earned his first Grammy nomination in 2022 for “Wusyaname,” in the Best Melodic Rap Performance category.
