Keep up! Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has splurged on a cliffside mansion in Malibu, CA, that was once owned by Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. Kardashian splashed out a whopping $70.4 million for the spectacular beachside compound.
Here’s a little background on the celeb-owned property:
Crawford and Gerber picked up the two-parcel compound in 2015 for $50.5 million. Three years later, the power couple kept one lot for themselves and sold the other to retired hedge fund executive Adam Weiss and his wife, “Yellowstone” actress Barret Swatek, for $45 million.
In March, Weiss and Swatek listed the 7,450-square-foot home for a jaw-dropping $99.5 million. They reduced the price to $89.75 million in July. Kardashian then grabbed the seaside retreat for an even lower but still insane price.

The home off the Pacific Coast Highway was built in 1944 and sits on more than 3 acres. It was renovated over the years, and the latest expansion by Weiss and Swatek took it from 5,254 square feet to 7,450.
