\u201cThe Greatest Showman\u201d star Hugh Jackman has reportedly made a splashy real estate deal. The actor recently snapped up a New York City<\/a> penthouse for $21.12 million, the Wall Street Journal<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n

Located in a famed Jean Nouvel<\/strong>-designed building, the 4,675-square-foot luxury condo was initially listed in October 2021 for $25 million. It was relisted in April 2022 for $22.5 million.<\/p>\n

The purchase comes just two months after the star of \u201cLes Miserables\u201d and his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, listed their deluxe triplex<\/a> in the\u00a0West Village<\/a>\u00a0neighborhood for $38.9 million.<\/p>\n

In May, the dashing leading man shared a video of his massive sky mansion on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, I practiced sitting in tails, etc.,\u201d said the star, apparently getting ready for the Met Gala.<\/p>\n\n

That sprawling, 11,000-square-foot space has since been taken off the market.<\/p>\n

Their new abode offers city and river views from floor-to-ceiling windows, along with multiple outdoor spaces, an element lacking in their previous residence.<\/p>\n
