After multiple price cuts, the palatial Pasadena, CA,<\/a> property owned by \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d star Erika Jayne<\/strong> and her husband, Tom Girardi<\/strong>, has finally found a buyer.<\/p>\n

Initially on the market in 2021 for $13 million<\/a>, the mansion<\/a> came with the added complexity of a bankruptcy sale. With buyers reluctant to step up, the price was cut numerous times<\/a> before landing at $7.5 million in June.<\/p>\n

The property is now under contract, according to Compass listing agent Heather Lillard<\/strong>, who represents the property with Ted Clark<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Finish line in sight?<\/h2>\n

There\u2019s one additional step before the sale can be completed, and it involves bankruptcy court.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere will be a court confirmation required, which is subject to overbid. When the buyers\u2019 contingencies are removed, that information will be posted in the MLS,\u201d says Clark.<\/p>\n

Girardi and his law firm face accusations<\/a> of mishandling funds marked for victims of the Lion Air Flight 610, which forced him into bankruptcy.<\/p>\n

The lawyer purchased the property in 1980 for $1.3 million, according to Realtor.com\u00ae. Jayne split from Girardi in 2020 and moved out of the elegant abode.<\/p>\n
