The star is in contract to buy the iconic property featured in the Oscar-winning movie \u201cMoonstruck,\u201d according to the New York Post<\/a>. \u00a0Last on the market for $11 million, the home is listed in \u201ccontingent\u201d status.<\/p>\n

The news comes after the award-winning actress and her husband, Chris Fischer<\/strong>, placed their Upper West Side penthouse<\/a>\u00a0on the market for $15 million earlier this spring. The two reportedly<\/a> had decided they wanted to live closer to their toddler son\u2019s school.<\/p>\n

The swanky five-bedroom Manhattan<\/a> apartment offers 4,500 square feet of indoor living space with an additional 3,000 square feet of bilevel outdoor space.<\/p>\n
