Reality TV stars Julie\u00a0and Todd Chrisley<\/strong>\u00a0are billed on \u201cChrisley Knows Best\u201d as lavish spenders with big homes.<\/p>\n

Drama on the long-running show is fairly low-stakes, with family squabbles resolved in the span of a single episode. But real-life drama<\/a> away from the cameras took center stage this past week when the married couple were convicted<\/a> of financial fraud and tax evasion.<\/p>\n

Before they became reality TV stars, the couple submitted false documents<\/a> to community banks in Atlanta in order to obtain some $30 million in loans that they then spent on luxury cars, real estate, travel, and designer clothes.<\/p>\n

Around the time that the show began filming in 2014, the Associated Press reported Todd filed for bankruptcy. A lawyer for Todd told the AP that he\u2019s \u201cdisappointed with the verdict\u201d and \u201cexpects to appeal.\u201d Sentencing for the couple is scheduled for October.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, their show is set to keep moving forward. The USA Network still plans<\/a> to air the second half of the show\u2019s ninth season later this month.<\/p>\n

Also, the show\u2019s already been renewed for an astonishing 10th season, according to the Hollywood Reporter<\/a>. \u201cGrowing Up Chrisley,\u201d a spinoff series following two of the Chrisley kids, Chase and Savannah, has been renewed for a fourth season.<\/p>\n

As fans of the show know, the family lives it up in some ritzy real estate, which often serves as the backdrop for their antics.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s peek inside the Chrisley real estate holdings\u2014before they crumble.<\/p>\n

Brentwood, TN<\/h2>\n

In April 2019, Julie bought a posh property<\/a> in Brentwood, TN,<\/a> for $3,375,000.<\/p>\n

Chrisley bought the property from former hockey player\u00a0Mike Ribeiro, who had been playing with the Nashville Predators.<\/p>\n

The Chrisleys got to work immediately and renovated the space. Two months later, they put the mansion back on the market<\/a> for $4.75 million.<\/p>\n

After about a year, it came off the market, and property records indicate Julie still owns the home.<\/p>\n

Built in 2013, the 12,753-square-foot mansion is outfitted with high-end finishes. Highlights include a formal dining room with hand-painted wallpaper, a rec room, a wine cellar, an indoor sport court, and a wood-paneled office with a decorative ceiling.<\/p>\n

Set on an acre, the grounds boast a covered patio with a fireplace and barbecue station, as well as a pool and spa.<\/p>\n

After making a name for themselves in reality TV, the couple moved from Atlanta<\/a> to Nashville<\/a> in 2016.<\/p>\n

They settled in the Belle Meade<\/a> neighborhood and purchased a sweet $1.6 million home, which fans of the show are familiar with.<\/p>\n

Built in 2014, the four-bedroom, 5,229-square-foot home features a living room with multiple sets of French doors, an open kitchen with a large island, a wet bar, and two fireplaces.<\/p>\n

Measuring a little over a half-acre, the outdoor space includes a level lawn and a patio. It\u2019s about 10 miles from the couple\u2019s Brentwood mansion, which they moved into after claiming<\/a> the Belle Meade home began to \u201cdraw unwanted attention from tourists.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before leaving for Nashville, the Chrisleys lived in a series of homes in the Peach State.<\/p>\n

In 2006, Todd purchased a 16-acre estate in the Atlanta<\/a> area in the upscale Buckhead<\/a> neighborhood. He paid an eye-watering $9 million for the eight-bedroom European-style mansion.<\/p>\n

In the show\u2019s first season, the family lived regally in a nine-bedroom, 30,000-square-foot pile in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Located in a gated community, the property offered landscaped grounds, along with a heated saltwater pool and hot tub, an outdoor terrace with a fireplace, and a children\u2019s playground.<\/p>\n

Initially listed in 2007 for $7 million, the mansion bounced on and off the market for years before finally selling for $1.2 million in 2014.<\/p>\n

In order to maintain camera-ready appearances for their show, the Chrisley family leased a posh place in Suwanee, GA,<\/a>\u00a0in 2014.<\/p>\n

It was the backdrop of their program after they had to leave<\/a> their Roswell estate.<\/p>\n

Built in 2006, the 7,800-square-foot mansion<\/a> sits on the sixth hole of the River Club golf course. The custom-built residence features built-ins, teak flooring, fireplaces, an office, and a formal dining room. The primary suite has a fireplace, dual closets, and golf course views\u2014and it was often the focus of scenes in the show.<\/p>\n

When it came on the luxury rental market in 2016, the monthly lease was a steep $8,000.<\/p>\n

Unrelated to any Chrisley shenanigans, the mansion popped on the market in February for $1,949,000 and was sold a month later for $1,868,000.<\/p>\n

The family also laid claim to another Atlanta-area home. The four-bedroom, 3,000-square-foot brick house in Alpharetta<\/a>\u00a0was reportedly the home of Todd\u2019s mother, known as \u201cNanny\u201d Faye<\/strong> on the show.<\/p>\n

It was purchased for $452,900 in 2005, and in 2017 it was sold for $540,000.<\/p>\n

Julie and Todd\u2019s blended clan consists of several children from their previous and current marriages. Savannah<\/strong>, the oldest daughter, was a teen pageant winner.<\/p>\n

The budding businesswoman launched a fashion line on HSN and created a cosmetic company. She also owns a home in Franklin, TN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The \u201cGrowing Up Chrisley\u201d star purchased the four-bedroom abode in 2016 for $681,000. The 3,300-square-foot residence features wood floors, built-ins, a fireplace, and an open kitchen and dining area.<\/p>\n

Kyle recently sold a home in Canton, GA<\/a>. He and wife Alexus Chrisley<\/strong> bought the five-bedroom residence in 2017 for $252,390. They listed the 2,900-square-foot property in April for $499,000. It was sold a month later for $525,000.<\/p>\n
