The music megastar has achieved an unprecedented level of fame\u2014and with the drop of \u201cThe Tortured Poets Department\u201d album on Friday, she\u2019s set to seize the celebrity gossip narrative for another<\/em> few months still.<\/p>\n

Swifties have been trying to decode the meaning behind the singer\u2019s 11th studio album since she announced it at the 2024 Grammy Awards in February. Some have suggested that Taylor\u2019s ex Joe Alwyn<\/strong> might have inspired the title, while others believe it could even include songs about her relationship with Matty Healy<\/strong>, The 1975<\/strong> frontman<\/a>.<\/p>\n

From one Scottish boyfriend\u2019s seriously stylish Beverly Hills, CA,<\/a> mansion (which you can rent for $100,000 a month) to a chic Tribeca<\/a> building where not one\u2014but two\u2014<\/em>of her rumored exes have condos, we rounded up the real estate of Swift\u2019s former romances.<\/p>\n

Joe Jonas<\/h2>\n

If you were plugged in in 2008, then you remember that Joe Jonas<\/strong>\u00a0dated Swift for a few months when they were teenagers\u2014and that the former boy-band member famously broke up with the \u201cLover\u201d singer in a 27-second phone call.<\/p>\n

Dating life aside, Jonas\u2019 real estate portfolio is punctuated by a string of recent purchases and sales.<\/p>\n

In 2016, he bought a new Sherman Oaks, CA<\/a>, farmhouse for $3,700,000. The four-bedroom home, nicknamed \u201cSutton House,\u201d comes with a guesthouse and screening room. However, Jonas put the pad on the market<\/a> in 2018 following his engagement to actress Sophie Turner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In 2021, Jonas decided to shake things up and move back to the East Coast, where he and Turner snagged<\/a> an $11 million Miami<\/a> mansion. The six-bedroom, Frank Lloyd Wright<\/strong>\u2013inspired residence has floor-to-ceiling windows and 94 feet of water frontage.<\/p>\n

Swift and Lautner dated for about four months after meeting on the set of \u201cValentine\u2019s Day\u201d and remain friends today. We love to see it.<\/p>\n
