David Gergen<\/strong>, a former adviser to four presidents on both sides of the aisle, is looking for a buyer for his Cambridge, MA<\/a>, home.<\/p>\n

The historic four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence is listed for $3.7 million. Located just down the street from Harvard University, the home offers over 3,000 square feet of living space.<\/p>\n

Gergen was lucky when it came time to purchase a home in this college town. Apparently, he was in a local coffee shop 25 years ago when he heard the house was available\u2014and the rest was history. He and his family lived in this upscale suburb just three miles east of Boston<\/a> for a quarter-century.<\/p>\n
