But prepare to dig deep: The Los Angeles<\/a> lair is going for $19,750 a month.<\/p>\n

Built in 1960, the residence is a really swinging affair. Available completely furnished, the renovated home offers period details, floor-to-ceiling glass, clean lines, and open spaces.<\/p>\n

Set high in the Hollywood Hills<\/a>, the four bedroom, 3,700-square-foot space offers sublime views of the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

Frusciante, 54, joined the band in 1988 at the age of 18, after the death of the band\u2019s first guitarist, Hillel Slovak<\/strong>. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Chili Peppers in 2012.<\/p>\n

On his own, Frusciante has released 11 solo albums.<\/p>\n
