It\u2019s an exciting time for superstar Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong>. The Grammy winner recently released her hotly anticipated eighth studio album, \u201cCowboy Carter.\u201d<\/p>\n

The country album with 27 tracks is already breaking streaming records on Spotify and Amazon Music.<\/p>\n

In addition to being one of the most successful music artists of our time, Beyonc\u00e9 is also experiencing a real estate \u201crenaissance.\u201d<\/p>\n

We take a look at her flawless collection of properties\u2014from a record-shattering concrete compound in California to a sweet Hamptons estate right on the water.<\/p>\n

Magnificent Malibu mansion<\/h2>\n

Beyonc\u00e9 and husband JAY Z<\/strong> went all out when they dropped $190 million (yes, you read that number right) on a massive seven-bedroom estate in Malibu, CA,<\/a> in May.<\/p>\n

The 5.9-acre property right off the Pacific Coast Highway set a record for the most expensive home sale in California history.<\/p>\n

The property in the Paradise Cove neighborhood previously changed hands in 2003 for $14,500,140. It reportedly<\/a> was quietly shopped around with a $295 million price tag when the megawatt couple purchased it.<\/p>\n

The concrete compound was designed by Tadao Ando<\/strong><\/a> and took over 15 years to build. Ando also built a smaller concrete home in Malibu that Kanye West<\/strong> picked up in 2021 for $57.25 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 40,000-square-foot main home the Carters purchased was built for art collector William Bell<\/strong> and comes with a private beach.<\/p>\n

Palatial Hamptons \u2018Pond House\u2019<\/h2>\n

Every major celebrity needs at least one<\/em> Hamptons<\/a> house.<\/p>\n

In 2017, Beyonc\u00e9 paid $25.9 million for an East Hampton<\/a> estate succinctly named the \u201cPond House.\u201d The 1.9-acre property sits on Georgica Pond and comes with over 200 feet of water frontage.<\/p>\n

This seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home offers over 12,000 square feet of living space. Built in 2008, it features parquet de Versailles flooring, 18th-century French Louis XV\u2013carved stone fireplaces, and hand-carved heated marble bathtubs.<\/p>\n

Out back there\u2019s an 1,800-square-foot guesthouse and a 45-foot-long infinity pool. The property is adjacent to a 17-acre meadow preserve belonging to the Nature Conservancy.<\/p>\n

The estate was initially listed in 2009 for $39.5 million. By 2017, the price had been reduced to $28,950,000. So, the A-lister snagged a bargain in an area not noted for discount shopping.<\/p>\n

Bel-Air beauty<\/h2>\n

2017 was a busy year for the Carter family.<\/p>\n

They bought<\/a> an 18,778-square-foot Bel-Air<\/a> mansion for $88 million.<\/p>\n

Designed by architect Paul McClean<\/strong>, the ultramodern compound comprises six sprawling structures. Built on spec, the fabulous design took the place of a dated (and subsequently demolished) mansion that was sold in 2013 for $15 million.<\/p>\n

The spread features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, plus a media room, four outdoor swimming pools, patios and terraces, and a 15-car garage.<\/p>\n

Post-purchase, the couple installed an array of security features<\/a> as well as living quarters for security guards.<\/p>\n

The duo supposedly still own the home, which is said to have annual property taxes totaling over $1 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Converted New Orleans church<\/h2>\n

Beyonc\u00e9 got creative in 2015 when she was rumored to have bought<\/a> a 13,292-square-foot former church in New Orleans<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now a mansion called \u201cLa Casa de Castille\u201d in the city\u2019s Historic Garden District<\/a>, it features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.<\/p>\n

There are oversized arched windows, a claw-foot tub, a floating staircase, and soaring ceilings. The spacious main house and three apartments can comfortably accommodate a family and then some.<\/p>\n

Empire state of mind<\/h2>\n

Beyonc\u00e9 and JAY Z also own a marvelous $6.8 million condo in Manhattan\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0Tribeca<\/a> neighborhood. It\u2019s in a seven-story pre-war building with just 27 units.<\/p>\n

JAY Z purchased this pad in 2004. With over 8,300 square feet of living space and a 3,000-square-foot terrace, the downtown property was the perfect backdrop for the couple\u2019s private 2008 wedding.<\/p>\n

Colossal Manhattan condo<\/h2>\n

As for Beyonc\u00e9, she parted with one of her first properties in the Big Apple, a gorgeous 2,669-square-foot condo in midtown Manhattan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to public records, she purchased the high-floor apartment in 2005 for just over $5 million, then sold it in 2017 for $9,950,000.<\/p>\n
