That\u2019s exactly what\u2019s happening with the Woodland Hills, CA<\/a>, home of supermodel, actress, and women\u2019s health advocate Angela Lindvall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

She recently listed her four-bedroom, four-bath, San Fernando Valley home for $1,649,000, with the promise that 10% of the sale\u2019s net proceeds will go to\u202fCoyote Ventures, a VC firm that funds innovative, health-centric solutions for women.<\/p>\n

That pledge\u2014along with the property\u2019s price, location, and zen ambiance\u2014could be why there\u2019s a contingent offer on the place in less than 20 days. (The median number of days on the market in the area is 36.)<\/p>\n

Supermodel Angela Lindvall\u2019s Woodland Hills home has a red door, not unlike one of the world\u2019s most famous spas.<\/p>\n

Through the sale, Lindvall hopes to \u201cshowcase how real estate and meaningful causes can intersect and hopefully inspire others to give back,\u201d says listing agent Melinda Moore<\/strong>, of Nourmand & Associates.<\/p>\n

The 3,594-square-foot abode is nestled in the hills of Topanga, in the coveted neighborhood adjacent to the Woodland Hills Country Club. That gives residents relatively easy access to the studios and other businesses in the San Fernando Valley, as well as the chic environs of Beverly Hills<\/a> and Bel-Air<\/a>\u00a0and the beaches of Malibu<\/a>. Lindvall, 45, gained major prominence in the late 1990s and early 2000s, appearing on the covers of fashion magazines like Vogue and Harper\u2019s Bazaar, walking in numerous Victoria\u2019s Secret fashion shows, and representing brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Calvin Klein. She has appeared in a number of movies including \u201cKiss Kiss Bang Bang\u201d and in TV series such as \u201cHawaii Five-o\u201d and \u201cProject Runway All Stars.\u201d<\/p>\n

She has also been involved in many environmental and women\u2019s health projects and has created eco-friendly jewelry and fashion lines, contributing a percentage of the proceeds to charitable causes.<\/p>\n
