An 8,400-square-foot luxury apartment in a residential tower in Miami<\/a> recently hit the market for $11.4 million. The condo is owned<\/a> by an LLC with reported ties to singer-songwriter Marc Anthony<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Anthony, whose given name is Marco Antonio Mu\u00f1iz, bought the place in 2021 for $11 million. The following year, the unit returned to the market for $14 million\u2014a price that was reduced multiple times before landing at its current ask.<\/p>\n

The listing is represented by John Parsiani<\/strong>\u00a0Parsiani Real Estate,<\/a> with\u00a0Bozana Cavar<\/strong> as the buying agent.<\/p>\n

The two-time Grammy and six-time Latin Grammy winner has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide. He\u2019s also sold numerous properties over the years, with the most recent one being his $22.4 million Coral Gables compound<\/a> in 2021. He paid $19 million for the home in 2019.<\/p>\n

The five-bedroom, 6.5-bath Miami home is a standalone work of art designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid<\/strong>, who died in 2016. Interior designer Castillon Van Ham<\/strong> was also involved in staging the property.<\/p>\n
