Jerry Seinfeld<\/strong> is one of the world\u2019s most famous comedians and reportedly might now be a billionaire<\/a>, too.<\/p>\n

The hilarious star got his start in prime time with the hit series \u201cSeinfeld<\/strong>,\u201d alongside pal and fellow funnyman Larry David<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Famously known as \u201cthe show about nothing,\u201d the sitcom ran from 1989 to 1998 but remains hugely popular today\u2014which isn\u2019t a surprise. It racked up 10 Emmy Awards and featured a long list of famous (and future-famous) guest stars, including Bryan Cranston<\/strong>, Raquel Welch<\/strong>, and Kristin Davis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Off screen, Seinfeld has amassed quite the real estate collection.<\/p>\n

The New York native owns several incredible properties, including a duplex just steps from Central Park and a souped-up Upper West Side<\/a> garage he uses to house his famed Porsche collection.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at his impressive real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n

Amazing Amagansett abode<\/h2>\n

It figures that Seinfeld has a gorgeous home in the Hamptons<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The comedian bought a 12-acre Amagansett, NY<\/a>, property in 2000 from another New York legend\u2014Billy Joel<\/strong><\/a>. The beachfront megamansion set Seinfeld back $25.6 million. Adjusted for inflation, that translates to $46.1 million in 2024.<\/p>\n

Situated in one of the area\u2019s most desirable neighborhoods, the estate features a main house, three-bedroom guesthouse, and a baseball diamond that was added by the comedian.<\/p>\n

According to Architectural Digest<\/a>, the house even has a $17,000 coffee maker. Luxurious, indeed.<\/p>\n

However, this wasn\u2019t the first Long Island summer house Seinfeld had his heart set on.<\/p>\n

Observer<\/a> reported in 1999 that Seinfeld was set to buy Lee Radziwill<\/strong> and Herb Ross<\/strong>\u2019 East Hampton<\/a> estate, but the deal fell through when the owners backed out at the last minute.<\/p>\n

Spectacular Central Park duplex<\/h2>\n

Like his popular TV character, Seinfeld also has an Upper West Side<\/a> apartment. However, his real-life abode is much larger.<\/p>\n

In 1998, he purchased a ritzy duplex apartment in one of the Upper West Side\u2019s most iconic buildings for $4,350,000. The place has 12-foot ceilings, a 450-square-foot terrace, three bedrooms, and a fireplace.<\/p>\n

Notable for its stately facade and vibrant history, the address is just steps from the American Museum of Natural History and Central Park. Residents enjoy a full-time doorman, white-glove service, and a private gym. Units for sale in the building currently range in price from $4.25 million<\/a>\u2013$18 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Charming Burlington beauty<\/h2>\n

When Seinfeld isn\u2019t in the mood to spend weekends in the Hamptons, he can trek up to his beautiful estate in Burlington, VT<\/a>. The large lakefront home is a 10-minute drive to the city\u2019s center.<\/p>\n

Although the actor is a born and raised New Yorker, the Seinfeld family has a connection to the New England locale. Jerry\u2019s wife, Jessica<\/strong>, was born in Oyster Bay, NY, but grew up in Burlington, VT, where she also attended college.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Seinfeld added this four-bedroom, waterfront home to the couple\u2019s portfolio in 2010 for $1,050,000. When the property was on the market over a decade ago, it was touted as offering \u201cover 100 feet of sandy beach\u201d and a lakeside gazebo.<\/p>\n

Parking in Manhattan<\/a> is a real headache, but the crafty comedian threw money at the problem. He famously built<\/a> his very own garage.<\/p>\n

In 1999, he paid around $1 million for an Upper West Side space, for the sole purpose of housing his car collection\u2014particularly his Porsches.<\/p>\n

He remodeled the building\u2014once a plumbing business\u2014to include 850 square feet of living space and underground parking spots. According to a 2013 article<\/a>, the three-story garage features four parking spots, an office, and a club room with pool table.<\/p>\n

Before Seinfeld scooped up his massive Central Park West duplex, he lived in a smaller two-bedroom apartment with picture windows and a fireplace.<\/p>\n

He sold the unit in the Bolivar building in 2006 for $2.5 million\u2014a bit above his asking price.<\/p>\n

Hollywood Hills home<\/h2>\n

While filming his hit series, Seinfeld lived in a spacious Los Angeles<\/a> mansion in the city\u2019s upscale Bird Streets neighborhood.<\/p>\n

The lot included a four-bedroom, six-bathroom main house and a separate, one-bedroom guesthouse.<\/p>\n

According to Forbes<\/a>, Seinfeld bought the spot in 1992 for $2.8 million and sold it six years later for $3.2 million to a \u201cSeinfeld\u201d producer.<\/p>\n

As for his Southern California holdings today, he likely owns a hangar at the Santa Monica Airport and a couple of other commercial properties. We weren\u2019t able to pin him to a particular home in the greater L.A. area.<\/p>\n

Colossal Colorado retreat<\/h2>\n

Seinfeld is also the former owner of a 27-acre compound in Telluride, CO<\/a>. The Colorado vacation home resembles a ski lodge, with its 11 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, yoga studio, gym, and floor-to-ceiling windows.<\/p>\n

According to records, the actor purchased the property<\/a> in 2007 for $7,550,000 and sold it in 2022<\/a> for $14 million.<\/p>\n
