Spooky space<\/h2>\n

Built in 1996, the exterior of the Southern-style space is quickly recognizable with its four stately columns, wraparound terraces, and wrought-iron railings. There\u2019s even a \u201cHaunted Mansion\u201d sign on one of the brick pillars at the entrance.<\/p>\n

Nestled in the Sweet Bottom neighborhood along the banks of the Chattahoochee River, the four-story home last sold in 2014 for $610,000.<\/p>\n

According to Fox 5 Atlanta<\/a>, when the property\u2019s original owner, Mark Hurt<\/strong>, constructed the 9,467-square-foot abode, he took great care to ensure \u201cthe home\u2019s dimensions and architecture closely matched those of the Haunted Mansion.\u201d He even used the same foundry as Walt Disney<\/strong>\u00a0for the home\u2019s wrought-iron details.<\/p>\n
