This is the third of four homes, featured on the Ty Pennington<\/strong>-hosted competition show, to have sold.<\/p>\n

The episode, which aired last spring, challenged four designer duos of home renovation experts to uniquely outfit four newly constructed residences, ranging in value from $3,150,000 to $3,450,000.<\/p>\n

Each of the homes was then evaluated by a panel of judges. The winning property was the one that garnered the highest-appraised value at the end of the competition. Then, buyers got a chance to weigh in.<\/p>\n

Now, it\u2019s looking for a win on the market. Originally listed for $3,150,000, the home\u2019s price was reduced to $2,895,000 last fall.<\/p>\n
