There\u2019s good and bad news in the real estate world for Hollywood couple Diane Kruger<\/strong> and Norman Reedus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The upside is that the \u201cInglourious Basterds\u201d actress and \u201cWalking Dead\u201d star have found a buyer for their four-bedroom, three-bath New York City<\/a> townhouse.<\/p>\n

But the less-positive angle here is the pair\u2019s profit. The historic, four-story home was purchased in 2018 for $11.75 million. After meandering on and off the market over the last couple of years for as much as $13 million, the listing appeared last month for $9,995,000. That price cut seems to have attracted a buyer, and the listing is now in pending status, but the final sale price hasn\u2019t yet been disclosed.<\/p>\n

While interior photos of the brick row house aren\u2019t available, the listing reports the rooms and mechanicals have been meticulously renovated. The grand space now features zoned heat and air, a security package, an intercom, and sound-system wiring.<\/p>\n

Good bones are a big part of what makes for a coveted property, but location is also critical.<\/p>\n

This home is in the heart of Greenwich Village<\/a>, close to shops and restaurants. Plus, it\u2019s just steps from Washington Square Park and the Hudson River Park, which is the longest of its type in the nation.<\/p>\n

Per the schematic in the listing, the more-than-3,600-square-foot home appears well proportioned. There\u2019s a dining and living room combination on the main floor, which is on the second level, as well as another living room and office on the third floor.<\/p>\n

The primary suite occupies the entire top floor and includes a large dressing room and bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The first floor has a den, and the basement houses the laundry area.<\/p>\n

But the nicest amenity here is perhaps the 1,000-square-foot rooftop space, which boasts stunning views, a fireplace, and a full outdoor kitchen.<\/p>\n

Kruger, a former fashion model, has appeared in a number of movies, such as \u201cMarlowe,\u201d \u201cNational Treasure 2,\u201d and \u201cTroy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Along with starring in \u201cThe Walking Dead,\u201d Reedus has also paraded down the catwalk, working for such brands as Prada and Levis. He also recently, rented out his Georgia home<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And, fun fact: Reedus and Kruger once owned a castle<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Los Angeles<\/a>. They sold the place in 2021.<\/p>\n
