\u201cIf you have been to Disneyland before, it kind of reminds me of going from one village to another,\u201d says listing agent Jan Hudson<\/strong>, of Hudson Realty, noting that there is also a \u201cJapanese garden and a Polynesian-style area.\u201d<\/p>\n

She adds that the single-level dwelling was custom built in the 1977 for the sellers, who were the property\u2019s only owners.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe husband of the home recently passed away,\u201d Hudson shares.<\/p>\n

\u201cKids love the place,\u201d Hudson says. \u201cThere is an area of the koi pond that has a tunnel that leads to the Japanese gardens. It\u2019s really an adventure living here and brings out the kid in us adults.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hudson speculates the buyer will be someone willing to maintain the home\u2019s unique vibe.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s going to take a special buyer who wants to keep up this property,\u201d she says. \u201cThey will enjoy all of the different themes the home has to offer.\u201d<\/p>\n

She notes that the fanciful listing could work as a primary or secondary home.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an estate sale, and the mom and dad who built the home have both passed,\u201d she says. \u201cTheir adult child grew up there, and they used it as a family home. The quality is there. It\u2019s more about making it your own. It is just a fabulous, entertaining home.\u201d<\/p>\n
