According to The Oregonian<\/a>, financial adviser Ron Sloy<\/strong> owns the residence.<\/p>\n

Sloy, also known as \u201cReally Tan Portland Ken<\/a>,\u201d lived next door to Portland Trail Blazers<\/strong> legend Jerome Kersey<\/strong>. After Kersey\u2019s unexpected death in 2015, Sloy put up an enormous light display on his property that read \u201cJK25.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sloy and his wife, Shantel<\/strong>, purchased the property in 2012. It has bounced on and off the market since 2022, when it was listed for $9,495,000.<\/p>\n

The interior boasts several lavish details, including Italian stone flooring and a German-engineered steel front door and window package.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the years, more than $15 million has been invested in the home,\u201d Harnish notes. \u201cHardwood floors were installed last year, and this year, porcelain floors were installed. They redid the whole house audio and video system as well and also put in privacy gates at the driveway. The owners continue to keep babying the home.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe continuity is incredible,\u201d Harnish says. \u201cWhen you walk into the home, you really walk into the view. It has wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass all around.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other high-end amenities include an elevator, full bar, screening room, \u201cworld-class\u201d fitness center, and entertainment room.<\/p>\n

The chef\u2019s kitchen features a separate dining area, and the \u201ccabinets are all steel with slab on top that is 6 inches thick,\u201d Harnish notes. \u201cIt is a commercial-grade kitchen that is utilitarian, but it is also warm and designed for entertaining. It is surrounded by these walls of glass that provide 300-degree views of the city.\u201d<\/p>\n

The primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the lower level.<\/p>\n

\u201cInside the primary suite, it\u2019s almost as if the shower and vanity have just one slab of stone,\u201d Harnish explains. \u201cThey have some built-in furniture as well, including a custom-built master bed. The suite also has its own terrace and a custom closet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The dramatic glass-enclosed, LED-lit wine room \u201cis like a party room in itself,\u201d he says. \u201cYou can change the color of the background and see into it through glass doors. People have said it looks like something you might see in Tony Stark\u2019s home from \u2018The Avengers.\u2019 There is this tasting room that curves around, so you have this space, then the wine cooler and lounge. It\u2019s incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe owners have also redone the pool,\u201d he says. \u201cWhen you are standing on the lower level and look out, you almost don\u2019t see the pool. It\u2019s almost as if it were built into the terrace.\u201d<\/p>\n

The home is located just 20 minutes from Portland International Airport.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s only a short drive to downtown Portland as well,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n
