On the heels of an explosive fourth season of \u201cThe Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,\u201d cast member Whitney Rose<\/strong> is ready to make a real estate change. The reality TV star, podcaster, and entrepreneur recently listed her modern farmhouse-style abode for $2.1 million.<\/p>\n

The impetus for Rose\u2019s move? The Bravo star and her husband, Justin<\/strong>, are supposedly upgrading to a slightly larger home in the area, according to listing agent Amy Volcic, of Summit Sotheby\u2019s International Realty.<\/p>\n

The seven-bedroom house, which might be familiar to fans of the Bravo franchise, was custom-built in 2019 by the couple. It\u2019s located in the desirable Salt Lake City<\/a> suburb of South Jordan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis home has the best of both worlds\u2014both suburban and metropolitan,\u201d says Volcic. \u201cIt has stunning mountain views and sits on a lake. They are able to paddleboard, fish, canoe, and engage in a very active lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n

The open floor plan of the 6,049-square-foot home is punctuated by shiplap ceilings, a cement fireplace in the living room, and trendy wallpaper throughout.<\/p>\n

The kitchen features flat-panel cabinetry and high-end amenities like commercial-grade Monogram appliances, a pot filler, and a walk-in butler\u2019s pantry with a beverage refrigerator and ice maker. The centerpiece of the kitchen\u2014a waterfall island\u2014was a common filming location inside Rose\u2019s home, rarely seen on camera without a picture-perfect charcuterie board.<\/p>\n

Upstairs is the primary suite, which features a dark floral wallpaper that took Rose six months to hunt down after she saw it in a local Utah restaurant, according to a video on Bravotv.com<\/a>. The suite comes with dual closets with custom cabinetry and a luxe bathroom with a soaking tub and a spacious shower.<\/p>\n

Viewers of the \u201cReal Housewives\u201d franchises know how much the cast members love a 1920s theme party. In fact, Rose threw a Roaring \u201920s party on camera during Season 1. So it came as a surprise to no one when Rose revealed, two seasons later, the hidden bar she had built in her basement. The speakeasy space is perhaps one of the biggest selling points of the entire home.<\/p>\n

Downstairs also houses a home theater and exercise room with a sauna.<\/p>\n

The quarter-acre lot offers many amenities, including a swim spa, in-ground trampoline, and fire pit.<\/p>\n

It would be mighty convenient for Rose to sandwich the sale in between the close of Season 4 (which ended with a record-shattering finale that brought in 2 million viewers, a series high for the franchise) and the filming of Season 5, which reportedly<\/a> begins this month.<\/p>\n

The home has generated great interest, Volcic says. \u201cIt probably won\u2019t be on the market much longer.\u201d<\/p>\n

But if a buyer doesn\u2019t come calling as quickly as Rose and her husband would like, their real estate shuffle could also serve as a storyline for next season.<\/p>\n
