\u201cHis father acquired 600 acres north of Atlanta in 1911; and as a builder, Charles Black Jr., used 225 Valley as a show house example of what he was capable of building,\u201d says listing agent Katie McGuirk<\/strong>. \u201cThe 600 acres eventually became known as Tuxedo Park, with many of the city\u2019s most magnificent mansions located here today.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe property comes with pickleball, padel, and basketball courts, all with outdoor lighting, a bar area, and a saltwater swimming pool,\u201d McGuirk says. \u201cThere\u2019s also a putting green, dog run, pool house, and three gated entrances with a circular drive and six-car garage.\u201d<\/p>\n

The estate is convenient to the city\u2019s top schools and offers close proximity to the high-end shopping and fine dining of the Buckhead Village District.<\/p>\n

But if you\u2019re not quite ready to commit, you could even try before you buy. The home is also being offered as a rental for $45,000 a month.<\/p>\n
