It\u2019s official: Joe Jonas <\/strong>and Sophie Turner<\/strong> are serious about selling their condo in New York City<\/a>. The three-bedroom, 2,900-square-foot residence recently hit the market for $5,999,999 and is located in Nolita, one of Manhattan\u2019s trendiest neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

In September, rumors of marital strife surfaced in the tabloids, and shortly thereafter, the estranged couple confirmed their decision<\/a> to divorce. Jonas, a pop star and member of the band Jonas Brothers<\/strong>, and Turner, an actress best known for playing Sansa Stark in the hit HBO series \u201cGame of Thrones,\u201d had been married for four years.<\/p>\n

Along with the dissolution of their marriage, the two are also reported to be shedding their Manhattan<\/a> real estate.<\/p>\n

Bye-bye, Big Apple<\/h2>\n

This is not the first time the A-listers have tried to offload their posh East Coast pad. In fact, they didn\u2019t even own it for that long!<\/p>\n

Jonas and Turner reportedly<\/a> purchased the upscale abode in 2018 for $5.6 million, and property records indicate they had been trying to sell it before news of their divorce broke.<\/p>\n

The condo was listed for sale<\/a> in July 2020 for $6.5 million and received two price reductions (down to $5.9 million in August 2020 and $5.4 million in November 2020) before being removed from the market altogether in 2021.<\/p>\n

One of 11 units in a luxury boutique building, the property is accessed by a keyed elevator into a private foyer. The condo is open concept and full of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area and bedrooms.<\/p>\n

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner\u2019s real estate history<\/h2>\n

Since the start of their relationship in 2016, Jonas and Turner have bought and sold a number of luxury homes, including a 15,000-square-foot new build<\/a> in Encino, CA<\/a>, and a glass mansion<\/a> in Miami<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In 2019, right after tying the knot in a surprise wedding in Las Vegas<\/a>, the couple shelled out $14.1 million for their SoCal home, which was subsequently sold in 2021 for $15.2 million.<\/p>\n

This transaction went down just a few days after they purchased a modern Miami mansion for $11 million. After hiring interior designer Sarah Ivory<\/strong> to overhaul the home, Jonas and Turner listed the property in 2022 for just shy of $17 million. They ended up closing this August for $15 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n
