The candy-colored interiors are thanks to the efforts of HGTV designer Jenna Pilant<\/strong> <\/a>(pronounced \u201cpuh-lawnt\u201d). Her philosophy, as noted on her website, is \u201cban the beige.\u201d<\/p>\n

She and her husband purchased the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath abode<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Pauma Valley, CA,<\/a> in 2016 for $675,000. Pilant remodeled it room by room and created a YouTube series<\/a> in the process. The home was also featured on the HGTV series \u201cThrift Flip<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The brightly renovated 4,179-square-foot dwelling<\/a> is now on the market for $1,250,000.<\/p>\n

\u201cMuch of the furniture is custom-made for the house,\u201d says listing agent Tyler Dabovich, of GG Homes. \u201cShe is open to parting ways with it.\u201d<\/p>\n

This area is considered inland San Diego County, but it will take you less than an hour to get to the beaches at Carlsbad<\/a> and Oceanside<\/a>.<\/p>\n
