The four-bedroom residence known as \u201cAtrium on the Brook<\/a>\u201d is located along Bedens Brook. Originally designed by architect William Thompson<\/strong>, the 1964 build has been completely redone.<\/p>\n

The showstopper has to be the glass-enclosed atrium, which houses an in-ground pool and hot tub.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe biggest feature of this home is the atrium,\u201d says listing agent Lukasz Kukwa<\/strong>, of eXp Realty. \u201cOver time, the atrium was a place where the owners would host events. It used to also be a gallery for paintings. Now, it has an in-ground pool and hot tub with a greenhouse setup. Past owners even had palm trees there and gatherings of up to 50 guests. You can open up five sliding doorways in the summer. It\u2019s a beautiful space.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe original home was built in 1964 and redesigned in 2000,\u201d Kukwa said. \u201cThe renovation and restoration was done by Princeton<\/a>\u2018s design firm Anton Nelessen and Associates. The two-year process gutted the main home and added a 1,500-square-foot addition.\u201d<\/p>\n

The airy living room has a dark gray fireplace, which serves as the focal point of the room, and the all-white kitchen features a skylight, stone countertops, and custom cabinetry.<\/p>\n

The home sits on 2.3 acres, and the grounds are currently being offered for production shoots, according to Kukwa. There is even an outdoor amphitheater and grassy areas designed for entertaining.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe property also features stone and metal sculptures on the grounds designed by Jonathan Shor<\/strong>,\u201d Kukwa says.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the next owner will be a copy of some of the past owners,\u201d he continues. \u201cThey will be creative and entrepreneurial and appreciate style while enjoying the indoor and outdoor feel of the home. It would be ideal for an artist or someone in the art world. It is also just a few minutes from Princeton University and the prestigious town of Princeton<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
