Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler<\/strong>\u00a0has made a snap decision to sell his condo in downtown Nashville, TN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s listed the pad on the 36th floor of Music City\u2019s posh Four Seasons private residences for $4,999,900.<\/p>\n

Cutler purchased the fancy perch in January for $4.32 million, but he could be keen to sell after landing a hosting gig on \u201cInside the NFL.\u201d Or perhaps he\u2019s looking for a different place to settle down with his new girlfriend<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Cutler\u2019s three-bedroom abode isn\u2019t for the faint of heart, thanks to its corner location high above the city. But that height affords impressive views of Nashville from the great room, which combines a huge living space with a sleek, modern kitchen.<\/p>\n

A wraparound terrace offers seating with equally spectacular views, and the Cumberland River vistas continue from the main bedroom, too.<\/p>\n

Two years later, it sold for just $3.7 million<\/a>. Here\u2019s hoping Cutler doesn\u2019t get sacked for another loss in Nashville.<\/p>\n
