Paul Anka<\/strong>, the Canadian-American singer-songwriter best known for his hit songs \u201cPut Your Head on My Shoulder\u201d and \u201cI Love You, Baby,\u201d needs a buyer for his Los Angeles-<\/a>area mansion.<\/p>\n

The musician, who wrote the English lyrics to \u201cMy Way,\u201d is asking $10 million for the place.<\/p>\n

Anka purchased the primo property in Thousand Oaks, CA<\/a>, in 2007 for $3,962,000 and is clearly looking for a hefty return on his investment.<\/p>\n

Anka reportedly owns numerous homes in the area. Britney Spears<\/strong><\/a>, John Fogerty<\/strong><\/a>, and Wayne Gretzky<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0are among a host of other celebs who call Thousand Oaks home.<\/p>\n

The luxurious, French-inspired property has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a recording studio, all situated throughout 7,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

Built in 2006, the residence sits on nearly 6 acres in Sherwood Country Club\u2019s private, gated community.<\/p>\n
