The location is also iconic: 5 W. 32nd St.<\/a> sits squarely in the heart of Avalon\u2019s beach community and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.<\/p>\n

According to the listing, the home\u2019s name, the Guard House, comes from its quintessential beach location overlooking the ocean and the Avalon lifeguard house.<\/p>\n
