The approximately 20,000-square-foot, European-style mansion in Canonsburg, PA<\/a>, is listed for $28,876,000. Situated in the Pittsburgh, PA<\/a>, suburb, the secluded sanctuary known as Oak Grove sits on 110 acres.<\/p>\n

The property last changed hands in 2008 for $5.1 million, and construction of the estate was completed in 2011.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is an exquisite home and is a one-of-a-kind property,\u201d says Bonnie Loya<\/strong>, who is co-listing with Kim Marie Angiulli<\/strong>, both with Coldwell Banker Realty. \u201cNot only do you have a magnificent home, you have resort-style living almost.\u201d<\/p>\n

Angiulli likens it to a \u201cspectacular English Manor house\u201d and says she fell in love with the place as soon as she drove through its iron gates.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s meticulously kept, and the grounds are spectacular,\u201d she says. \u201cThe first time I entered the house, I had goosebumps.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile you\u2019re entertaining, you can look out the big windows and see the stable,\u201d she says. \u201cAnd after that, you can go down to the lower level and enjoy the bourbon bar and wine cellar, which holds 2,000 bottles of wine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Oak Grove offers extensive equestrian facilities, including a 13-stall stable, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, and fenced pastures.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe floors of the stables are radiant heated, so when you\u2019re walking between the stable and the indoor riding area, you don\u2019t ever have to worry about ice,\u201d Loya says. \u201cThere\u2019s even radiant heat on the pathways between the buildings.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are also automatic waterers in the paddock, so you can make sure the horses have water all the time,\u201d she says, noting that they measure how much water each horse drinks to ensure they\u2019re properly hydrated.<\/p>\n

And if horses aren\u2019t your thing, there are other places to enjoy outdoor leisure.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a 235-yard golfing fairway, so you can go and practice your swing, and there\u2019s a putting green adjacent,\u201d Loya explains. \u201cThen there\u2019s a beautiful, in-ground, 60-by-30-foot pool with a stone pool house with a cabana, eating area, and kitchenette.\u201d<\/p>\n

The home was built in 2011. The listing agents say it is \u201cabsolutely immaculate\u201d and doesn\u2019t need any work at all.<\/p>\n

While equestrian amenities are prominent on the property, the agents note that its appeal is still broad.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt has unlimited potential, and I love the fact there are so many things that you can do there,\u201d Loya says. \u201cEvery inch of the house has been well thought out, and you will never get bored there. There are so many things you can do.\u201d<\/p>\n
