It\u2019s not quite a fire sale, but a price cut of about $2 million is significant.<\/p>\n

Indeed, Sofia Vergara<\/strong>, the funny lady from TV\u2019s \u201cModern Family,\u201d has seriously sliced her ask on the\u00a0Beverly Hills, CA<\/a>, mansion she listed <\/a> in June\u00a0for nearly $18 million\u2014down from an earlier price of $19.6 million.<\/p>\n

The price this time around? $15,950,000.<\/p>\n

Despite the history of discounts, Vergara is still poised to come out ahead on the 11,300-square-foot house she paid $10.6 million for in 2014.<\/p>\n

The seven-bedroom, 11-bath, Tuscan-style villa has been newly renovated. So between that and the lower price, surely it\u2019ll appeal to its next owner soon.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is well-appointed, with a large island, Viking appliances, and a breakfast nook.<\/p>\n
