The charmingly candid description, written by listing agent Chris Hubel<\/span><\/strong>,<\/span> of Good Company, pokes fun at the \u201cslice of Pontiac<\/a> awesomeness\u201d with its many flaws. Homebuyers are invited to unleash their \u201cinner DIY guru\u201d and turn the fixer-upper into a HGTV-level masterpiece.<\/p>\n

Shockingly, the listing received dozens of offers, many of them for substantially more than a buck.<\/p>\n

Also grabbing attention this week were an affordable Maine home, a Victorian gem in Illinois, and a 1,739-acre historic ranch in Arizona.<\/p>\n
