Hollywood film producers Kathleen Kennedy<\/strong> and Frank Marshall<\/strong>, who together produced this summer\u2019s action flick \u201cIndiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,\u201d would like to produce a sale of their Malibu, CA,<\/a> mansion.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re asking the blockbuster price of $18.5 million.<\/p>\n

The four-bedroom retreat was built in 1955 and has undergone some minor cosmetic updates over the past few years. The couple, who founded The Kennedy\/Marshall Company, \u00a0purchased the home in 2015 for $9,750,000.<\/p>\n

\u2018Nothing quite like it\u2019<\/h2>\n

\u201cEverything they did was mostly cosmetic with some interior updates as well as to the landscape,\u201d says listing agent Stan Richman<\/strong>, of Compass. \u201cThe interior is very simple and clean. What really sets this home apart is the fact that it sits on a private knoll on 2.2 acres. It is just a rare piece of land with spectacular views of the Malibu coastline. There is nothing quite like it with the land of this size and the views.\u201d<\/p>\n
