\u201cOn the other side of the street are the other camps, along with an apartment building that has long-term rentals<\/a>,\u201d McDermott says.<\/p>\n

The next owner will be handed a thriving business with loyal customers and a full slate of reservations\u2014many\u00a0from visitors who return year after year.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe rental rates for the camps are also very reasonable at $52 per person, per night,\u201d McDermott notes. \u201cThey are already fully booked for the year ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n

A camp for all seasons<\/h2>\n

The turnkey operation offers outdoor activities for all seasons.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnother fun feature people do is ice fishing on the lake,\u201d McDermott says. \u201cThe seller has five ice shacks that he tows out to the lake. Each has a cooking stove, and he supplies them with firewood. People rent them out for $50 a day, and they are included with the sale.\u201d<\/p>\n

She notes that the property also comes with the area\u2019s only bait shop.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a very special place,\u201d she says. \u201cThe owner has done really well with it. \u2026 They love it there. You can\u2019t build something like this today. We have already had a lot of interest from people who live in Maine.\u201d<\/p>\n

McDermott says the ideal buyer might be someone who sees this as the ultimate work-from-home opportunity.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the next owner will be someone with boots on the ground,\u201d she predicts. \u201cI don\u2019t think someone looking to buy it and have a property manager run it would be the best buyer. It is ideal for someone who wants to live and work a hands-on business. It\u2019s truly a little piece of heaven and a successful business.\u201d<\/p>\n
