\u201cThere is a whole soliloquy of architectural significance to this home,\u201d says listing agent Phil Missig<\/strong>, of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California. \u201cIt has received lots of awards over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n

The dwelling\u2019s interior embodies a distinctly multichromatic vibe.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom an aesthetic perspective, the seller changed it from a white box into a much more Pantone-friendly interior,\u201d Missig says, referring to the broadly varied interior palette. \u201cBasically, every room is a very emotional color. \u201cFrom an architectural perspective, there are high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, and westerly views that include spectacular sunsets,\u201d Missig says. \u201cA patio and balconies connect with an exterior stairway that is accessed \u2026 through the house.\u201d<\/p>\n

He says that prospective buyers at a recent open house were particularly drawn to the home\u2019s seclusion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe home lives very privately, and the spaces are very generous,\u201d he notes.<\/p>\n

The thoughtfully curated open floor plan features skylights and walls of glass that open to let in an abundance of natural light.<\/p>\n

In addition to enjoying the gorgeous rear patio for entertaining, the next owner could also explore the possibility of adding a rooftop deck, Missig notes.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe patio in the rear has a kitchen with a sink and half-bath that is ideal for entertaining,\u201d he says. \u201cIt\u2019s a very efficient home, and the floor plan makes a lot of sense.\u201d<\/p>\n
