It\u2019s like an eagle\u2019s nest.\u201d<\/p>\n

The residence sits on 1.3 private acres, with unobstructed views of the white-sand beaches. A gated motor court opens to the spacious home, detached garage, courtyard, waterfall, and pond.<\/p>\n

The next owner will probably own multiple properties and will be looking for privacy.\u201d<\/p>\n
