Mark Ballas<\/strong>, who gained fame as a pro dancer on 20 total seasons of \u201cDancing With the Stars,\u201d is selling his Los Angeles<\/a> home.<\/p>\n

Situated in the iconic Laurel Canyon neighborhood, the fab pad is available for $2,395,000.<\/p>\n

The dancer twirled into the property in 2017, paying $1.7 million. And the 37 year old originally put the home on the market in April 2023 for $2,549,000.<\/p>\n

If you follow Ballas on Instagram<\/a>, as more than 800,000 people do, you\u2019ll see the star and his wife, BC Jean<\/strong>, happily performing together in their home studio.<\/p>\n

However, the space is not a dance studio. It\u2019s a music<\/em> studio. Ballas is also a talented guitarist and vocalist, and he and Jean make up the singer-songwriter duo, Alexander Jean<\/strong>, and frequently post their sessions on social media.<\/p>\n
