\u201cWhen I first turned from the main road onto that property, I\u2019m not kidding, I could feel the spirit of God was there on that property,\u201d says Cindy Jones<\/strong>, with Century 21 Service Realty. \u201cThat ground is anointed. It\u2019s special.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jones says she has even volunteered for the ministry that is selling the property. The recovery center has since moved to a new location.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt could be as many as eight bedrooms, with four full baths and four half-baths,\u201d Jones explains.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt needs some cosmetic work,\u201d Jones says. \u201cIt needs new carpet upstairs. It needs some new paint in the bedrooms, and the bathrooms could [use] some updating.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was built probably 10 years ago,\u201d Jones says. \u201cAll the materials were donated, and the labor was donated by a local family. They built that house for the girls to live in when they transitioned from the [recovery] program. They could live there and pay a small amount of rent, so they could save up enough money to get out on their own.\u201d<\/p>\n

A small chapel, with no pews or furniture, is also situated on the property.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a little church that is open with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and a little stage, and a cross as the background of the chapel\u2019s inside,\u201d Jones explains.<\/p>\n

The property\u2019s waterfront locale provides privacy and tranquility.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just a peace that you feel when you drive on the property,\u201d Jones says. \u201cThere\u2019s wildlife that just walks up. There are ducks on the lake with little babies right now that are just the cutest thing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The space could be used as a church retreat, short-term rental, bed-and-breakfast, care home, RV park, or a family-vacation compound.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would like to see the property used to help people,\u201d Jones says.<\/p>\n

However, she notes that there\u2019s also been an interest in turning the place back into a single-family home.<\/p>\n
