\u201cThe home is really well-maintained, and they\u2019ve done such a great job of bringing the outdoors in. It is very livable,\u201d Slaton Anderson says.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe home site could support a 10,000-square-foot estate if that\u2019s what somebody envisions. If somebody has a different vision for the property, there\u2019s a lot of potential,\u201d says Slaton Anderson.<\/p>\n

Nature preserves surround the property, she adds. \u201cThe privacy essentially is unparalleled. I had never seen anything like it within the city limits just 10 to 15 minutes from downtown. It\u2019s pretty spectacular.\u201d<\/p>\n

A creek runs through the property, creating waterfalls when the water is high enough.<\/p>\n

The sellers told Slaton Anderson they named the property El Rincon del Riachuelo after its most striking feature, the corner of the creek.<\/p>\n

Only two families have owned the place, with each living on the property for more than 30 years.<\/p>\n

The current owners, who purchased the place in 1992, have maintained the trails and created seating areas, bridges, and relaxing spaces with fire pits and hammocks around the property.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s so much peace and positive energy as soon as you get through the gates,\u201d Slaton Anderson says. \u201cIt just feels tranquil. My schedule is intense, but when I get there, everything just goes away.\u201d<\/p>\n
