Situated in the swanky Los Angeles<\/a> neighborhood of Toluca Lake, the house sits behind a gated wall and is listed for $6.5 million.<\/p>\n

And here\u2019s a fun fact about this four-bedroom, 5.5-bath, 4,535-square-foot property: Drew purchased the place<\/a> from actress\u00a0Jennifer Love Hewitt<\/strong> for $4.1 million in 2014.<\/p>\n

She snagged the abode\u00a0after her split<\/a> from Jessica and Ashlee\u2019s dad, Joe Simpson<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
