Fox News Host\u00a0Jesse Watters\u00a0has moved out of his\u00a0Manhattan<\/a>\u00a0rental and purchased a home in\u00a0Bernardsville, NJ<\/a>, for a cool $2.8 million.<\/p>\n

The stately, five-bedroom mansion boasts 10,296 square feet\u2014significantly larger than the cozy, 1,853-square-foot New York City condo he rented with wife\u00a0Emma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The political pundit has been busy with real estate transactions lately.<\/p>\n

Last October, the host of \u201cJesse Watters Primetime\u201d\u00a0listed his vacation home on the Jersey shore<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0$1,999,000. The the 2,044-square-foot, four-bedroom, oceanfront abode in\u00a0Beach Haven, NJ<\/a>, was recently updated.<\/p>\n

After a December price drop, the swanky beach pad now has a pending offer.<\/p>\n
