TV personality Ryan Seacrest<\/strong> has sold his gorgeous mansion in Beverly Hills, CA<\/a>, for $51 million.<\/p>\n

While that surely is a large chunk of change, it\u2019s still $34 million less than the $85 million<\/a> Seacrest sought in 2020.<\/p>\n

The seven-bedroom estate was relisted in February for $69,950,000. The price dropped to $61,995,000 in May, then to $59,500,000 in September.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAmerican Idol\u201d host purchased the compound with a 9,200-square-foot main home and two guesthouses from Ellen DeGeneres <\/strong>and Portia de Rossi<\/strong>\u00a0in 2012 for $36.5 million.<\/p>\n

The 3-acre property includes a separate gym, pool with a pool house, koi pond, Zen-like gardens, and an underground garage. The luxe home also boasts \u201cbeautiful city and ocean views,\u201d according to the listing.<\/p>\n

The megamansion was originally built for actor Laurence Harvey<\/strong>, who later sold it to actress Joan Collins<\/strong>. Then Max Mutchnick<\/strong>, co-creator of \u201cWill & Grace,\u201d picked it up, eventually selling it to DeGeneres and de Rossi.<\/p>\n

Seacrest still has a five-bedroom home lingering on the market in Beverly Hills for $3,995,000.<\/p>\n

Built in 1957, that more modest residence needs some work. Initially listed in February for $5.8 million<\/a>, the smaller home offers the \u201copportunity to remodel or rebuild and create spectacular value\/upside,\u201d the listing states.<\/p>\n
