Keep up!\u00a0Reality TV star Kim Kardashian<\/strong> has splurged on a cliffside mansion in Malibu, CA,<\/a> that was once owned by Cindy Crawford<\/strong> and Rande Gerber<\/strong><\/a>. Kardashian splashed out a whopping $70.4 million for the spectacular beachside compound.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a little background on the celeb-owned property:<\/p>\n

Crawford and Gerber picked up the two-parcel compound in 2015 for $50.5 million. Three years later, the\u00a0power couple kept one lot for themselves and sold the other<\/a> to retired hedge fund executive Adam Weiss<\/strong> and his wife, \u201cYellowstone\u201d actress Barret Swatek<\/strong>, for $45 million.<\/p>\n

In March, Weiss and Swatek listed the 7,450-square-foot home for a jaw-dropping $99.5 million. They reduced the price to $89.75 million in July. Kardashian then grabbed the seaside retreat for an even lower but still insane price.<\/p>\n

The home off the Pacific Coast Highway was built in 1944 and sits on more than 3 acres. It was renovated over the years, and the latest expansion by Weiss and Swatek took it from 5,254 square feet to 7,450.<\/p>\n

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to an enormous deck that looks out to El Sol Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The Mediterranean-style house is perched on a bluff to take in the breathtaking views.<\/p>\n
