Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, who is known more simply as Adele<\/strong>, will be rolling with less real estate once she sells her chic Hidden Valley Estates home in Beverly Hills, CA<\/a>. The singer and songwriter recently listed the place for $12 million.<\/p>\n

But she won\u2019t be cast out onto the street. Adele owns at least three other Beverly Hills mansions, two of which are located in the Hidden Valley Estates of Coldwater Canyon.\u00a0The third mansion was one she purchased in a knockout deal from Sylvester Stallone <\/strong>in January.<\/p>\n

Adele\u2019s $12 million listing is a lovely two-story, Hamptons-style estate that she picked up just last year for $9,950,000 from her friends Nicole\u00a0Richie<\/strong> and Joel Madden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear if any renovation was done since she purchased it, or if she\u2019s just counting on normal appreciation and her celeb status to drive the price up an additional $2 million.<\/p>\n

The luxury residence was originally built in 1957 and renovated over the years. It measures 5,515 square feet and has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The elegant half-acre grounds are as lush as can be.<\/p>\n

Adele\u2019s abodes<\/h2>\n

Adele owns two more mansions on the same street as the one she\u2019s putting up for sale now. One is five bedrooms, six baths, and 6,045 square feet that she purchased in 2019 for $10,650,000. The other is four bedrooms, six baths, and 6,597 square feet that she picked up in 2016 for $9,500,000. She must really like the neighborhood!<\/p>\n

And since she can\u2019t live in all the places at once, we\u2019re guessing she\u2019s been renting out at least three of them to some well-heeled tenants. Imagine having Adele for a landlord! It\u2019s our guess she\u2019s living in the plush former Stallone property.<\/p>\n

The 3.5-acre spread with an eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion was originally listed by Stallone for a whopping $110 million<\/a>. The actor reduced the price to $85 million<\/a>, then finally let Adele have it for $58 million. There\u2019s no word on whether the poolside \u201cRocky\u201d-esque statue was included in the deal.<\/p>\n

Adele, 34, has already amassed 15 Grammys, an Academy Award (for the James Bond \u201cSkyfall\u201d theme song), and a Primetime Emmy Award, among many other entertainment industry accolades. In addition to her multiple homes in Southern California, she also owns several properties in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
