\u201cEverybody that walks into the house, it\u2019s like a \u2018wow\u2019 factor. It changes the whole dynamic. It\u2019s not a flat ceiling. It\u2019s a round ceiling inside the home,\u201d says listing agent \u00a0Jill Helgren<\/strong>, with Coastal Properties Group.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s nothing else like it, and the materials they used in the home are very unique,\u201d Helgren says.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe whole house is set up for entertaining,\u201d Helgren says. There\u2019s a bar and a kitchen with four ovens.<\/p>\n
