Ben Affleck<\/strong> has been busy. The 50-year-old actor\/director tied the knot with superstar Jennifer Lopez<\/strong>, after rekindling their romance that supposedly flamed out a couple of decades ago. Along with wedding bells in not one, but two locales, the couple seem to be consolidating their real estate holdings.<\/p>\n

The power couple share a taste in expensive real estate. But despite a high-profile home search in Los Angeles<\/a> and their reported purchase of a megamansion<\/a>, which fell through<\/a>, they\u2019ve decided on a backup plan. The duo will instead move into a spread already owned by Lopez that\u2019s currently being massively renovated, in preparation for their blended family to live together.<\/p>\n

While they await the renovation, the newlyweds are reportedly renting a Beverly Hills crib<\/a> once owned by Danny DeVito<\/strong>. The lovebirds have also been spotted in ritzy real estate around the country, and Affleck has notched a recent real estate win of his own. Let\u2019s take a look at the Oscar winner\u2019s posh pads.<\/p>\n

All the right moves<\/h2>\n

Sold! After listing his\u00a0Pacific Palisades<\/a> pad for $30 million in early August, the home is now in contingent sale<\/a> status after just 22 days on the market.<\/p>\n

The sale price isn\u2019t known yet, but Affleck stands to pocket a hefty profit for the place\u00a0he picked up in 2018 for $19 million.<\/p>\n

Described as a \u201cgated oasis,\u201d the mansion measures 13,453 square feet and comes with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.<\/p>\n

Built in 2017, it features box-beamed ceilings, bay windows, formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen with high-end appliances, and a family room that opens fully to the backyard.<\/p>\n

It also comes with a \u201cwellness room,\u201d lounge, home theater, lower-level rec room with a full bar, wine cellar, and gym.<\/p>\n

Out back, there\u2019s a dining patio, kitchen, lawn, and pool with a slide and spa. The property also includes a three-car garage and a guesthouse.<\/p>\n

Previously, Affleck and his first wife, Jennifer Garner<\/strong>, picked up another Pacific Palisades property for $17.55 million in 2009.<\/p>\n

They added some personal touches to the 9,000-square-foot abode on 3 acres, expanding it and adding a guesthouse.<\/p>\n

The couple split in 2018 and sold this home for $32 million to Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo. The Maroon 5<\/strong> frontman and Victoria\u2019s Secret model remodeled the home, which was featured in Architectural Digest<\/a> in 2021.<\/p>\n

The compound now includes a pool, separate yoga studio\/office, and gym structure. It was listed in March for $57.5 million<\/a> and sold in May for $51 million, landing an astonishing profit for the sellers.<\/p>\n

Georgia estate<\/h2>\n

Lopez and Affleck officially wed in Las Vegas<\/a>, then they opted for a more elaborate celebration at Affleck\u2019s estate in Riceboro, GA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The actor purchased the riverfront \u201cGreek Revival\u2013style plantation house<\/a>\u201d in 2003, when the couple were in phase 1 of their romance. Affleck paid $7.11 million for the circa 2000 6,360-square-foot home on 87 acres. In addition, there was a guesthouse, summer cottage, and deep-water dock.<\/p>\n

The property was listed in 2018 for $8.9 million, then taken off the market in 2020.<\/p>\n

Under the glare of media attention following its role in the couple\u2019s nuptials, the controversial locale now comes across as cringeworthy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe plantation was worked by slaves and Creek Indians, and the property dates back to before the Civil War,\u201d according to the Daily Mail<\/a>. The publication also noted somewhere on the property is an \u201cunmarked slave graveyard.\u201d<\/p>\n

During their courtship, Affleck and Lopez have been spotted across the country in various high-end homes. In 2021, the two holed up at the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Montana, where Affleck is a member. Other clubmembers include Bill Gates<\/strong> as well as Tom Brady<\/strong> and Gisele Bundchen<\/strong>. Lopez and Affleck reportedly relaxed at a private home<\/a> with a private chef.<\/p>\n

After her breakup with Alex Rodriguez<\/strong>, Lopez had moved into a $130,000 a month rental in Miami Beach, FL<\/a>. That Sunshine State property is on the market for $28.5 million<\/a>. The contemporary 10,000-square-foot mansion has 11 bedrooms and designer furnishings. It boasts a gym, office, and guesthouse.<\/p>\n
